Intelligent Robot

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is the new trend, helping to save your staff's time.

​

Intelligent Robot records how a user enters information into your system and then can repeat the recording replacing what the user typed with data that we feed it from Intelligent Framework. 

​

So for example, if an Applicant had completed an application form, rather than a person reading the form and typing that data into the system, we would pass the information from the form direct to the robot who would then do the data entry. 

​

Intelligent Robot is about releasing staff from repetitive data entry work and allowing them to spend more time with Tenants.

Intelligent Framework

Intelligent Framework

Intelligent Framework is the base pack for our system; all our other products bolt on to Intelligent Framework. Every customer of ours has a copy of Intelligent Framework that we host securely in Microsoft Azure.

​

Intelligent Framework uses a SQL database and has a workflow engine to allow the creation of business processes, a data connector engine to allow us to read and write data to multiple applications at the same time, for example, e.g. housing systems, assets system, finance systems and, maintenance systems.

​

We can also extract and store data from those applications to allow easy access from tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Power Apps.

Intelligent Messaging

Intelligent Messaging

Intelligent Messaging is our tool that allows your applications such as housing or maintenance applications to connect and interact with Tenants, Contractors and Staff via SMS and Email.

 

We call it Intelligent Messaging because rather than being a simple one-way broadcast of information, people can respond to messages (both SMS and email) which creates a conversation that they build between themselves and the applications. 

​

For example, if you were to SMS a tenant to ask them if they can make a Contractor Visit scheduled for tomorrow and they reply Yes then Intelligent Framework sends a confirmation to the Contractors mobile app or SMS. If the Tenant replies No, then Intelligent Framework can read the availability in the Contractor system, send alternative times and notify the Contractor to cancel the visit.

Intelligent Forms

Intelligent Forms

One of the things COVID proved to organisations was the the need to share and gather information using digital, or web, forms. The default choice for many organisations is a product like DocuSign; effectively a PDF version of the form is placed online and the user navigates the form and completes/signs it where indicated. 

​

DocuSign is a great example of taking a process and simply making it digital, there isn't any shift to use the technology more effectively. 

​

Take a Tenant Sign Up process, regardless of where you work, signing up tenants usually requires multiple forms, many containing the same information some of which the organisation knows (e.g. the property address or rent amount) and other information it may not know (e.g. the Tenant's Centrelink Reference Number).

​

Intelligent Forms presents a web form that contains all the fields that need to completed on the chosen form and pre-populates them from the backend system or asks the Tenant to enter the data. But they only have to do it once,  The form data is passed to Intelligent Framework which then not only can generate the signed PDF documents, it can ask a member of staff to verify the data and if its acceptable upload it into the backend system, and if there is no import mechanism then Intelligent Robot will enter the data instead.

Intelligent Portal

Intelligent Portal

Intelligent Portal is our web based portal application. It can be easily customised to support multiple groups of people from staff, to contractors to tenants. 

​

Intelligent Portal can present a variety of resources to users, for example, Intelligent Forms that allow Log a Repair, Change or Circumstance or Rent Reviews. 

​

We can also present custom links, such as Make a Secure Payment to connect them to your bank's payment gateway. 

​

Intelligent Portal uses one time passcodes from Intelligent Messaging to verify user identities.
