What does it do?
​It’s a responsive web application that can be customised to be used by different groups of people such as Tenants, Staff or Contractors.
What does that mean?
Being web based means it can work on any device with a modern web browser, rather than being locked into a vendor specific “app store”. You can use it to build a web app that suits your exact needs.
How does it work?
Intelligent Portal is hosted in the cloud and uses Intelligent Framework and users (Tenants, Staff, Contractors) can use their mobile number to get an SMS one time password to login.
When they login they are presented with the options that match their role in the portal, e.g a Tenant can make a payment, a Contractor can see a list of their work orders.
Why should I care?
Allowing people to self serve reduces the burden on staff.

Q: Will it work with my housing system?
A: Yes.
Q: But I haven't told you what my housing system is yet.
A: It doesn't matter. Intelligent Frameork pulls the data from the housing system and presents it to Intelligent Portal via secure web services, we don't have to upload everything into the portal in advance, its supplied on demand. That's why we call it Intelligent.
Q: Ok smart guy, but I want an actual APP so that people can find it in their AppStore.
A: We can do that as well! We can create an APP package that you can publish on behalf of your organisation (perhaps you ahve other apps you publish already) or we can manage that process for you.
